“The Sacred Pipe Ceremony”
Rowena will be holding a sacred pipe ceremony, which involves sending our prayers and wishes via the smoke up to Great Spirit. You will also learn about the sacred pipe and some of the history surrounding it. You do not need to smoke the pipe to take part in the ceremony. Bio: Rowena has been on the shamanic path for nearly 20 years. She has taught core shamanic training and the Luminous Warrior program at Shamanka for the past nine years. Rowena is also a qualified counsellor and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. |

This Workshop is for: All Shamanic abilities. No experience necessary. Full instructions will be given about the ceremony.
What to Bring to the Workshop: Something comfy to sit on, and a scarf /shawl for the ceremony.
More about Rowena: My name is Rowena, I have been on this shamanic path for almost 20 years, undertaking my training at Shamanka in Dorset. After many years of studying at Shamanka I gained my Master’s Certificate in Healing and the Shamanic Arts. Nine years ago, I was invited to become part of the teaching team at Shamanka, I now teach the first and second years main training in Healing and the Shamanic Arts and the Luminous Warrior. Eliana Harvey founder of Shamanka, died last year but her legacy lives on at Shamanka. I have attended Carolyne Hillyer workshops, and I made my first drum with her. I have also been on several retreats with The Way of the Buzzard at Snowdon and the Lake district I have also undertaken several online course with Puma Fredy Quispe Singona deepening my understanding of Andean shamanic way of working. Last year I went over to Colombia to the Tribal Sound healing Retreat with Anthar Kharana which was just amazing. I have my own practice in Okehampton where I offer one to one Shamanic Healing, put on Shamanic Workshops and I run a drumming circle at the Community Gardens. I participate in some of the local Mind Body and Spirit Festivals which I thoroughly enjoy. I am also a qualified counsellor and a member of the BACP.
