"The Dance of Mind & Spirit"
The Dance of Mind & Spirit: differentiating between visionary spiritual experiences and symptoms of mental illness. How can you tell the difference between a real Spiritual Experience and “Something Else?” How can you help someone evaluate his/her own experiences? How do we increase faith, and decrease anxiety? What if s/he is making it up in order to victimize others? What if s/he feels like the victim of some malignant force, but it is a symptom of mental illness? Join Rev. Monika Coyote in an illuminating workshop for shamans, practitioners, therapists, seekers, clergy, family members, and all who are interested in strengthening their discernment in the Otherworlds. Aspects of Mental Health First Aid will be included, as well as how to support those who are in need of additional care beyond the shamanic journey and/or healing ceremony. Bio: Rev. Monika Coyote is a Druid shaman serving the North American, Ireland, European Union, and United Kingdom communities for over 15 years.
