This practical workshop teaches a stretches-to-directions sequence using movement and visualization for grounding. It includes a breathing and meditation session with crystal beads, exploring two styles - one focused on affirmations and giving, the other on gratitude and prayer. Bio: With over 30 years in community health development empowering diverse London communities, Rachel brings extensive experience to her work. Combined with a lifelong practice of core shamanism and witchcraft, she shares her skills and spiritual insights to support others on their journeys. |

Duration: 2 hours
This Workshop is for: All Shamanic abilities. No experience necessary. All welcome.
What to Bring to the Workshop: Blanket - journal and pen if wanted.
More about Rachel: I am in the crone stage of my life, emerging out of being a full time carer for my parents with dementia and having chronic fatigue syndrome. I am ready to step back into the world and reconnect with tribes of people who are also, like me, passionate to see this world transition and flourish rather slip to the very pressing and grisly alternatives. I want to bring together the skills and experience from my professional background and my lifelong practice of core shamanism and witchcraft - and share these. For more than 30 years I developed and led community health development initiatives that aimed at empowering people in the most diverse yet deprived areas of London. Through this time I also developed my own practice as a hedge witch - and then felt the need to work in groups. So, I did more than 8 years of working with Eagles Wing, participating in all the courses. I also studied at camps with Reclaiming - particularly Starhawk. I also co- organised and facilitated community camps, ceremony circles, sweat lodges and open sabbat celebrations.
