The 2026 prices for the Shamanic Gathering are determined by venue fees for room hire, accommodations, food and other necessities, as well as our commitment to providing leading teachers and an enriching experience.
Each person is required to pay for 'Workshops', plus 'Accommodation and Food'.

Workshops
Early Bird: £ 240.00 per person (ends 8 May)
Mainstream: £ 290.00 per person

- If you have applied, or plan to apply, to host a workshop, please still choose your registration option and make your initial payment.
- Workshop teachers receive a significant discount on the Workshops fee (you will only pay £50). Once teaching places have been confirmed, we will contact you if your application is successful and adjust your remaining balance accordingly.
Accommodation and Food
Camp in the grounds & food: £245.00
Shared Room & food: £290.00
Dormitory: 7 women sharing & food: £290.00
Earth Spirit Caravan in the grounds & food (2 people sharing): £290.00
Shared En-suite Room & food (2 people sharing): £338.00
Single supplement – if there is availability: £89.00
Day attendee option 1 - No accommodation, but with lunch, dinner, hot drinks: £170.00
Day attendee option 2 - No accommodation, lunch, dinner, hot drinks, plus breakfast: £210.00
Gluten free, dairy free, vegan diet etc.: £17.00
(These are available for medical reasons/allergies only, not personal preference (except veganism).

If you require a Special Diet outside of gluten/dairy free, and vegan, please contact Ali Wells on 07976 316440 to discuss. Special Diets will attract a surcharge.

Mainstream Price: Pay 50% of the Workshops fee (£145 of £290) within 3 days of registering.
Remaining payments:
2nd payment: £100 due before 18 May
3rd payment: £100 due before 30 June
Final payment: Remaining balance due before 27 July
All payments must be fully received by 12 August 2026.
