Putting on the Shamanic Gathering gets tougher every year, especially with rising venue costs.

Every time, we do all we can to keep ticket prices down, and every year, rising venue costs make it a challenge.

We’ve worked hard to keep prices as low as possible because we believe that the magical experience of the Gathering is important to our community.

Yes, We Said This Last Year - but this year we need your support more than ever!

Rising costs make it harder to bring you the event you love. This year the increase in unavoidable but is inline with our venue's price increase. We’ve stretched every pound to keep prices as low as possible, but to keep this wonderful event going, we need your support.

We know times are tough - we're feeling it too. Every year, your ticket isn’t just an entry. It’s what makes this event possible and we can't do it without you. If you believe in what we’re creating, now’s the time to show it. Grab your ticket, join us, and let’s make this year unforgettable experience together!

How to book and pay

Fill out the registration form online.
Alternatively, you may download the booking form, and return it to us via email.
Make your full or first payment within 3 days of registering. Payment details are below.

Your place at the Gathering will only be secured once you have made your first payment.

Payment Details

Depending on when you booked, your payment options will be different. Please see below.

EARLY BIRD: (bookings made before 24 April 2025)

1st payment: £225.00 within 3 days of registration.

The remainder of your payments must be made as follows:

2nd payment: £100 before 30 April
3rd payment: £100 before 31 May
4th payment: The remainder by 30 June

MAINSTREAM #1: (bookings made 25 April 2025 - 30 June 2025)

1st payment: Payment in full, or 50% of the £275.00 (registration and workshops) fee within 3 days of submitting your registration.
Remaining payments: Any remainder must be paid by 31 July.

MAINSTREAM #2: (bookings made after 1 July 2025)

1st payment: Pay £275.00 (registration and workshops) fee within 3 days of submitting registration.
Remaining payments: Any remainder must be paid before 10 August.
