Every time, we do all we can to keep ticket prices down, and every year, rising venue costs make it a challenge. We’ve worked hard to keep prices as low as possible because we believe that the magical experience of the Gathering is important to our community. |

Rising costs make it harder to bring you the event you love. This year the increase in unavoidable but is inline with our venue's price increase. We’ve stretched every pound to keep prices as low as possible, but to keep this wonderful event going, we need your support.

Your place at the Gathering will only be secured once you have made your first payment.

Payment Plan Options

1st payment:
Early bird price - You pay the whole registration fee (£225.00) within 3 days of submitting your registration. or Mainstream Price - You pay 50% of the £275 registration fee (=£137.50) within 3 days of submitting your registration. The remainder of your payments must be made as follows: 2nd payment: £100 before 30 April 3rd payment: £100 before 31 May 4th payment: The remainder by 30 June |
