"Cacao Ceremony - Opening the Heart"
This will be a two-hour cacao ceremony. Participants are offered a cup of ceremonial grade cacao and then taken on a guided journey/visualisation to connect with the spirit of the cacao plant. Cacao is a heart opening plant spirit medicine whose gentle, compassionate, earthy spirit encourages us to get in touch with those qualities in ourselves.

Bio:
Jax works as a shamanic practitioner and within this, includes sound healing, ceremonies with cacao and other plant spirit teachers. She also offers psycho-spiritual counselling.
