Attendees will be invited to go deep into their heart centre with the intention to be clear regarding what worries them but would rather not think about; and to be open to whoever or whatever they meet in the depths of their heart – and what message who or what they meet may have for them.

Bio:
Els is a retired psychotherapist, university lecturer (counselling and consultative supervision) and writer. She is a member of the Climate Psychology Alliance (CPA) and on the editorial board of Explorations, the CPA's online journal.
