This workshop for menopausal women is a journey to meet 'the crone in the woods.’ Visit the lands she lives in within, get to know how she dreams you onwards. Discover how much wisdom she has to share and how to play creatively and embody her essence in the waking walking world. The workshop is suitable for younger women wishing to connect with inner wisdom and older women wanting to claim back this wisdom. Bio: Donna is a transpersonal psychotherapist, yoga teacher, and shamanic healer based in Kenley. Since training with Howard and Elsa Malpas in 2015, she’s embraced ritual, ceremony, somatic work, and drumming - and she’s excited to finally bring a workshop to this special gathering. |

I trained with Howard and Elsa back in 2015 and have drumming and journeying both alone and in groups since then. I have been meaning to bring a workshop to the gathering for sometime as the centre has become a very special place for me.
