"Elemental Shamanism. Fire ~ Workshop, Journey, Ritual!"
Come share in this deep exploration of the element and the spirit of fire, and how we each can work with it in our everyday lives. Educational, experiential, comforting, and with a thrilling ritual finale! Ignite, and let go. From the flicker of a gentle candle, through the warmth of the hearth and home, to the thrilling roar of a burning release! Fire is the spark of love, the heat of passion (and anger), and the warmth of compassion. Bring journeying blankets, cushions, blindfolds, and just a little courage! All exercises voluntary, consensual, and non obligatory. Bio: DK, via his Elemental Shamanism group, has held many workshops, ceremonies and rituals (including as a celebrant), and annual circle, for many years now. As a holistic psychotherapist and shamanic practitioner his experience is prolific and profound. As well as many offerings for other gatherings and events, he has held his own annual circle including full weekend workshops on each of the elements. He co-ran Oak Spirit Gatherings for years either side of lockdowns, a residential long weekend of workshops, fireside, community, ceremony and ritual. He's also run drum making workshops, the 'Path of the Dragonfly' masks workshops, and learned from many familiar shamanic teachers over the years. He's a family man, loves dogs, a horse, a motorbike and a micro camper, loves to walk and travel, and nature is always his own healer on retreat. |
