“The Spirit Book: Handcrafting your own Shamanic Grimoire"
A practical workshop that takes you through the sacred process of crafting your own shamanic grimoire - the book that records your spiritual practices, mystical knowledge, rituals and reflections. Using bookbinding methods and creative decoration, you’ll create a personal book infused with your energy, wisdom of guides, and cosmic knowledge from the Spirit of the Grimoire. Bio: Cath is a shamanic practitioner, teacher, psychopomp, storyteller and artist. Her work focuses on identity, belonging and wellbeing. She loves working in the spaces 'in between', the ones we don’t talk about, but that we all feel! |
Further Details:
Duration: 3 hours
This Workshop is for: All Shamanic abilities. An ability to journey or connect with Spirit would be helpful, but not necessary.
What to Bring to the Workshop: All craft materials will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring personal trinkets, charms, or sacred symbols to integrate into the book cover. Also bring whatever they need to make themselves comfortable for journeying, plus bring a paper and pen to record journeys.
More about Cath: I’m a shamanic practitioner, teacher, psychopomp, storyteller and artist. Much of my client work focuses on identity, belonging and wellbeing - essentially telling the stories of marginalised people for positive change. I also have a select group of shamanic clients whom I help to release emotional baggage and find relief from internal chaos. I am fascinated by the spaces 'in between', the spaces that we don’t talk about, but that we all feel.
Truth be told, I used to think that spiritual stuff was a ‘crock of s**t’. Then things started happening to me that I couldn’t explain…. I just ‘knew’ things that came true - information I couldn’t have known. I had visions. I saw people in my dreams before they died, plus so much more. Fast forward 15 years and a chunk of shamanic training, and I’m here before you. This is now my every day, combining my shamanic practice with art, storytelling, and the unseen. I’m no ‘fluffy bunny’ type. I’m visceral, candid and work with a discerning gut.
