Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must advise the organising committee on your intention to cancel by one of the following means:

1. Email the Committee
   (You must receive confirmation in writing by the committee for your place to be considered ‘cancelled’).
2. Phone and speak in person to Ali Wells on 07976 316440.

  
Refund Policy
A Proportionate Refund will be given to persons cancelling a paid reservation as explained below.
 
Cancellation prior to 31 May 2026 - A full refund less £35 administration fee.
Cancellation 1 June 2026 – 31 July 2026 - A refund of 50% of the amount you have paid to date.
Cancellation 1 August – 13 September - No refund applicable.
